Woot! I love Jessily! Until I find another host, she's going to let me crash at her place. :P I'll try to make the stay short. I only want to be there long enough to choose another host. I'm moving there so at least my sites will be back up and I can use my email again. Until then, expect some downtime until I'm back.


Blah. I finally decide to update my sites and blog, and all of this happens.

Edit: Depending on what goes on during the next few days, I might be getting a new host. It just sucks that I JUST paid my hosting renew.


No, I didn't let my site die or anything... Nor did I kill it myself. My host (Pixelled-Solutions.com) decided to switch servers. While I thought it wouldn't have been any hassle to me (I expected a bit of downtime, but I didn't mind), boy was I wrong. I'm not saying my email's lost (I backed it up through FTP, I just can't access it), but I won't be reading it tonight (which sucks when you've been meaning to get some important emails for the past few days, but couldn't access your mail... or FTP). A lot of things are still messed up. Not long do I have to fix some of the issues myself, but my host dropped Cpanel and we now use Plesk. So, I get to fix a bunch of issues, but it's going to take longer than it should because I never used this confusing software before. Plesk is supposed to be better, but I really don't have time to do all of this. I still have to run through and fix all of my databases, figure out why using WWW. still doesn't work in my urls (it may just be the DNS), figure out why all of my email accounts are @purrmeow.net instead of @subdomain.purrmeow as some hostees used to have it, figure out how to transfer my old emails, email my hostees again, and look through every last thing for errors. Guess what I'm going to spend my day off doing? Guess.


It's 2:08am. I updated some of my sites (1001 Days and Purr Meow.net) during the move and expected just to upload as soon as the move was complete, but that's not happening. I even blogged, but I won't post it until I get things fixed. Night!

This is the date when I first got my blog. I'm readding entries to this new blog, meaning I'm copying and pasting my old entries here and setting the time to match what was there. It is now June 17, 2004; but on December 31, 2003; I did a test here.
